CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in executing daily production plans and site activities.
• Coordinate rig movements, manpower allocation, equipment and material arrangements.
• Highlight changes in manpower, overtime, equipment or other resource requirements to the Project Manager for approval.
• Monitor and highlight QA/QC non-conformance issues to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections and responses to equipment breakdowns.
• Support the Project Manager in maintaining safe working platforms and site conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and product-related training to Supervisors and Operators.
• Develop direct reports through coaching, engagement and performance feedback.
• Support innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HSEQ programmes and initiatives are properly implemented at the project site.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies and site requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant site management experience.
• Strong experience managing Deep Soil Mixing projects or equivalent ground improvement works.
• Possess relevant construction and safety certifications.
• Experience with other ground improvement methods will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Able to manage site teams, equipment and daily production activities effectively.
• Comfortable working primarily at construction sites.
