Construction Site Monitor

We're seeking a Site Monitor to supervise on-site activities, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
• Collaborate with Main Contractor and stakeholders to ensure efficient job execution
• Work closely with Assistant Operation Manager (AOM) for seamless operations
• Enforce SOPs and safety protocols to ensure high-quality work and minimize rectification costs
• Allocate tasks to foremen and workers on site
• Ensure ISO and safety compliance
  Conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Submit repair/rectification documentation and monthly reports to AOM
• Oversee batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing and concrete quality
• Motivate and develop team, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant site or project supervision experience.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, SOPs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Class 3 driving license (own transport preferred; transport allowance provided)
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems, risk assessment, and incident reporting.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–5:30pm, Sat: 9:00am–4:30pm

Working Location: Multiple Sites (Transport Allowance Provided)
