Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise construction teams to deliver projects on schedule, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. You will coordinate daily workforce deployment, manage site inspections, and oversee resource planning to drive efficient construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily worker assignments and accurately record timecards to support payroll processing
• Collaborate with main contractors to inspect rebar and formwork, ensuring compliance with construction standards
• Monitor and control construction quality, budget adherence, and site progress to meet project milestones
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, maintaining a safe work environment
• Oversee construction projects by supervising teams, ordering building supplies, and scheduling equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity
• Train new construction employees to enhance team capabilities and performance
• Apply first aid promptly and effectively during on-site emergencies

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid BSCC certification as a basic requirement
• Demonstrate working knowledge of construction tools and equipment to support site operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to guide project execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English to facilitate clear communication on site
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience to ensure effective project supervision
• Availability to start work immediately or as soon as possible
