CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications.

2.     Lead, motivate, manage and supervise workers and subcontractors.

3. Provide on-site solutions during supervision works.

4. Able to plan, manage, and ensure smooth implementation and monitor projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of the desired quality

5. Supervise all construction workers

Requirements:

1.     Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

2.     Basic Construction Safety Supervisor(BCSS) Certificate is required.

3.     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
