We are seeking a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Construction Supervisor will coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Plan manpower allocation and monitor workers' productivity.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure materials are available on-site as required for project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site security.

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
