Construction Site Supervisor

Ascend Buildworks Pte Ltd is looking for a Building Construction Supervisor to support building construction projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site works including rebar, formwork, concreting and general structural works.

- Coordinate workers, suppliers and daily site activities.

- Read and understand construction drawings, site instructions and basic structural details.

- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, material usage and site productivity.

- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, project requirements and safety regulations.

- Conduct daily site checks and report progress, defects, delays or safety issues to management.

- Assist in planning work sequence for pile cap, lift pit, excavation, rebar, formwork and concreting works.

- Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, RTO/RE and project team when required.

- Ensure workers comply with site safety rules, PPE requirements and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction site supervision.

- Experience in structural, rebar, formwork or concreting works will be an advantage.

- Able to read basic construction drawings and coordinate site works.

- Able to supervise workers and communicate with project team.

- Knowledge of site safety requirements and daily site coordination.

- Able to work at different project sites in Singapore.

- Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
