CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Ensuring teams work together todeliver quality work to strict deadlines.

2.      Monitoring construction  processes, and providing training and teambuilding sessions are required .

3.      Ensuring adherence to health andsafety regulations at all times.

4.      Performing equipment material androutine site inspections.

5.      Scheduling regular meetings withvendors, site inspectors managers and staff

6.      Working closely with architects  and other professionals

7.      Staying up to date with safety codesand advancements in construction

8.      Assisting with the recruitment andtraining of new staff

Requirements:

1.      Experience 15 (Fifteen) years in relevant field

2.      Agree to work after the regular time schedule

3.      Excellent communication skill

4.      Ability to focus and keep calm underpressure

5. Three months probitionary period before confirming the job.

6. Agree to work Saturday / Sunday depends on work load
