Construction Supervisor

Conducting regular maintenance activities such as unitcleaning, filter replacement, and leak inspection

• Identifying and resolving issues within the airconditioning system, such as compressor malfunctions or refrigerant leaks

• Developing feasibility pre-installation design proposalsand executing installation tasks

• Conducting chemical and overhaul cleaning

• Engaging with customers to assess their requirements andprovide information on air conditioning systems

• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure asecure working environment

• Ensure that all service standards and precisionperformance goals are achieved in order to ensure a smoth operation

• Assist with all scheduling of daily operations and specialevents, to meet budget.

• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further developskills, abilities, and knowledge on their own.

• Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able towork in a team environment.

• Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiarwith MS Word and MS Excel.

• Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and writteninstructions.

• Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours.

• Develop and put together new procedures.

• Conduct weekly meetings with the operators to coversafety, discuss company information and operational issues.

• Provide maintenance support to users of equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment related faults.
