Construction Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in Plastering, Tiling Works (Wet works), Plumbing and Electrical
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of team members
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• Resolve and mitigate problems onsite
• Report on progress to company director
• Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site

Requirements

• Relevant certificates from BCA or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
• Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority
