CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements:

• Plan, organize, and control daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce strict safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment, inspecting equipment and work practices.
• Direct, schedule, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, distributing tasks effectively.
• Conduct field inspections, analyze progress, and ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and allocation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors; prepare daily logs, progress reports, and resolve issues.
• Monitor project expenses and timelines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Proven background in construction, often requiring a high school diploma or relevant degree/certification.
• Ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for clear direction and reporting.
• Capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
