CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Oversee construction site operations by developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining client and vendor relationships to ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track construction progress effectively
• Monitor project budgets and adjust expenditures to meet spending goals
• Negotiate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work that meets quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure high-quality materials and meet project deadlines
• Establish and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients to understand project needs and requirements
• Prepare daily job schedules and communicate updates to management
• Communicate regularly with clients, staff, and workers to coordinate site activities and resolve issues
• Conduct full-time site visits with workers and management to oversee operations
• Respond promptly to urgent work needs outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Apply expert knowledge in site documentation and site work preparation to support project execution
• Maintain focus and composure under pressure to ensure consistent site management
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions across teams
