Job Summary

You will manage construction sites by reading drawings,cutting materials, organizing workers to follow schedules, and leadingproblem-solving efforts on site to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction site activities to ensure work progresses according to plan
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide material cutting and usage
• Cut materials accurately based on project specifications
• Organize and coordinate workers to complete construction tasks on schedule
• Lead workers to identify and resolve construction issues promptly
• Apply knowledge of carpentry and rebar work to support construction tasks
• Communicate clearly with team members to enforce site management regulations
• Follow commands and comply with all site safety and management rules
• Utilize extensive on-site management experience to oversee daily operations
• Ensure adherence to established on-site operation processes
