Construction Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations on-site for our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople on-site.
• Plan and assign tasks according to project schedules and blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations (WSH Act) and company policies.
• Monitor work progress, quality control, and material usage.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain accurate daily reports (e.g., manpower, progress, incidents).

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a foreman in Singapore’s construction industry (high-rise, civil, or industrial projects preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in reading construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local safety standards (e.g., SCDF, BCA, MOM).

Certifications:

• Valid BCA Supervisory Training Record (STR) or equivalent.
• WSH certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety Course) are a plus.
