CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR CUM DRIVER

Job Summary

Assign tasks to construction workers, enforce safety regulations, inspect work quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to ensure projects meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to construction personnel to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and manage safety hazards
• Verify that work techniques are performed correctly and safely to maintain quality
• Organize and manage work schedules to optimize resource allocation and project progress
• Assist project managers in planning work activities to align with project goals
• Complete detailed site reports and maintain accurate records of site activities
• Participate in site management meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Demonstrate over 10 years of hands-on site or project engineering experience
• Exhibit strong proficiency in interpreting project drawings for accurate execution
• Pro-active and good working attitude
• Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise
• Able to work irregular hours should the need arise
