Responsibilities
• Read construction drawings and plan works accordingly • Supervise Plumbing & Pipefitting work for commercial projects • Ensure work is carried out according to specifications and timelines • Manage and coordinate resources effectively • Ensure compliance with safety regulations • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project • Provide regular progress reports to management • Ensure quality control measures are in place • Train and mentor junior staff • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in Plumbing & Pipefitting • Ability to read construction drawings • Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipefitting techniques • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Valid driver's license • Certification in Plumbing & Pipefitting is a plus • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
