Contract Manager

Job Description:

• Experience in tendering of M&E building services especially in ACMV.
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
• Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses and reporting, measurements etc.
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements.
• Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Min 5 years relevant experience in construction/FM industry.
• Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
• Good Knowledge in Code of Practice, SOP and Contract Law
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
