Contract Manager

1.     Review and interpret contracts and subcontracts.

2.     Maintain proper records of contract documents, correspondence, and variations.

3.     Support procurement and subcontractor appointment in line with contract conditions.

4.     Provide guidance to Quantity Surveyors on cost management, contract interpretation, and claim preparation.

5.     Mentor QS teams to strengthen contractual and commercial awareness.

6.     Negotiate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on claims, variations, and disputes.

7.     Train and guide project teams on contractual awareness and best practices.

8.     Ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood and complied with.

9.     Manage claims, disputes, and contractual conflicts.
