Coordination Manager (Large scale infrastructure projects)

Job Title: Coordination Manager- full time role
Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 per month

Top tier civil engineering contractor delivering large scale transit and infrastructure projects. To support major transit development, currently seek a hands on Coordination Manager to drive interface management across design, construction, and multi disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and system wide contractors (SWC) throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage a team of project coordinators covering civil, structural, architectural, and E&M disciplines.

Oversee design and construction interfaces for transit projects, ensuring full compliance with design approval processes and the TFP/TOP framework.

Proactively resolve cross-contractor clashes, design discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Ensure seamless integration of design milestones, construction activities, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

At least 8 years managing M&E services works of similar scale and complexity for large scale LTA projects.

Proven understanding of design approval workflows and contractor coordination.
