Job Title: Coordination Manager (LTA/Infrastructure Projects)
Salary: $8,000 – $13,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

The Opportunity
Leading civil engineering contractor embarking on a major transit infrastructure project. We are looking for a practical, hands-on Coordination Manager to take charge of all interface work. Main goal will be to bridge the gap between design teams, construction crews, and various specialist groups to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all coordination efforts between civil, structural, architectural, and system-wide contractors (SWC) across every phase of the project.

• Supervise and guide a team of project coordinators covering civil, structural, architectural, and E&M disciplines.

• Manage the connection points between design and construction for transit projects, ensuring strict compliance with design approval processes and the TFP/TOP framework.

• Quickly identify and settle contractor clashes, design errors, and timeline conflicts to keep the project on track.

• Align design milestones, on-site construction work, and regulatory approvals to guarantee a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of design approval workflows and how to coordinate multiple contractors effectively.

• At least 8 years of engineering experience, backed by a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing M&E works for large-scale LTA projects of similar size and complexity.
