Job Description - COORDINATOR

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
  • Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
  • Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
  • Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
  • Working with Management to adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Observant and paying great attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communicator
  • Problem solver and creative
  • CIVIL Engineering graduate
  • AUTO CADD knowledgeable at least 1 year experience
