Job Description - Coordinator (Architectural)

Job summary
Responsible for coordination and control of technical matters Ensure quality implementation and site supervision Report to the Manager/Team leader
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants to solve technical issues • Ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved • Implement quality recordings and analyze results for continuous improvement • Supervise site works according to quality and EHS requirements • Handle inspections and handing over process • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the PM
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture/Engineering required • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in BIM Drafting (Architectural or M&E)
