Cost and Contract Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle quantity surveying functions including cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration
• Manage vendor sourcing and coordinate with procurement teams on technical and commercial requirements
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Conduct price comparison, cost analysis, and value engineering exercises
• Liaise with consultants, external QS consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and evaluate claims, cost reports, and payment certifications
• Attend project progress, technical, and cost meetings
• Prepare service agreements, cost reports, and actual cost vs budget analysis

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 to 10 years experiences.
