Job Description

• Serve as the company's representative and establish a strong presence as an industry specialist in construction.
• Actively seek out new opportunities in the construction market and identify potential clients for business growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value consistently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate the potential of new customers.
• Monitor site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts.
• Maintain open communication with the leadership team, keeping them informed of current trends, issues, and activities to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
• Clearly communicate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure timely payments and accountability.
• Provide monthly reports to the manager according to the prescribed format.
• Offer customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
• Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years and above of sales experience in the construction or a related field.
