Data Centre Construction Manager (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
• Organize and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage the overall implementation and completion of projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality
• Recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate risks identified during assessments
• Monitor the progress of projects and update management regarding any schedule variances
• Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites
• Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear and traceable designs and drawings for construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering (A Master's degree is highly advantageous).
• 10+ years of DC construction / greenfield project is required for the role
• Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Holding an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification in Singapore is a massive plus
