Deputy Contracts Manager (A1 Main Con, Building)

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore’s building sector, delivering a diverse portfolio of iconic projects, including industrial, commercial, institutional and mixed development building and civil projects. Currently, they are seeking an experienced Deputy/Contracts Manager to join an iconic building project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Oversee post-contract activities, including processing variation orders and claims.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Analyze and report on project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a focus on post-contract activities and variation orders.
• Strong project contracts experience within the construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
