Deputy QAQC Manager (Mixed-Development)

1. Establish quality standards and requirements to meet project QAQC requirement include BCA Quality Mark (95 point) and CONQUAS (Band 1).

2. Develop quality management plans and procedures to comply project requirement.

3. Conduct internal QAQC check on all construction work, material and equipment

4. Lead QAQC team to conduct QAQC regime (inspection and audit) on regular basis

5. Attend to Employers Rep comment, complaints and site memo on QAQC matter

6. Identify and address quality issues and non-conformances for material, workmanship and plant and equipment.

7. Implement corrective and preventive actions.

8. Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications.

9. Provide training on quality assurance and control.

10. Review and approve quality documentation.

11. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on quality matters.

12. Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs.

13. Participate in project planning and design reviews.

14. Ensure quality documentation is complete and accurate.

15. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

16. Communicate quality objectives and expectations to project teams.

17. Coordinate with regulatory agencies on quality requirements.

18. Conduct internal and external quality audits.

19. Conduct Units hand over schedule with Site manager for Hand over to units owners

20. Submit QAQC record and checklist to Employer Rep

21. Attend to Defects inspection with units owners and Employer Rep

22. Prepare hand over regime pertaining to QAQC matter.

23. Document all QAQC replated records, inspection form, compliance or site memo closure matter

24. Organize trade demo for inspection and approvals

25. Establish Preventive and corrective measure for site execution

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualifications in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the setting up, day to day management, testing and inspecting, auditing and reporting of all aspects of the QA/QC. Experience in large-scale mixed development projects (e.g. hotel, commercial and residential developments) will be an advantage.

• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good Organizational and planning skill

• Able to work independently and as a team
