Role Overview:
Design and deliver HVAC systems for industrial facilities, with strong exposure to pharmaceutical projects, covering design development, coordination, procurement support, and selected site support.
Key Responsibilities
1. HVAC Design (Core Scope)
• Independently develop HVAC design deliverables for CD / BD / DD phases
• Prepare:
– URS – Load & air balance calculations
– A&ID / airflow diagrams
– AHU zoning & pressurization layouts
– HVAC design reports
– Duct layouts & technical specifications
2. Drawings & Modelling
• Develop / review:
– Detailed & shop drawings
– 3D models (Revit / SketchUp)
3. Design Coordination
• Coordinate with LDI / PE / QP during design & execution
• Review LDI & subcontractor submissions for code & URS compliance
4. Procurement & Engineering Support
• BOQ preparation & value engineering
• Prepare bidding documents
• Conduct technical bid evaluations & reports
5. Site & Consultancy Support
• Provide site construction support when required
• Support FM / LEED consultancy tasks
📌 Requirements:
• Min 6 years relevant HVAC design experience (10+ years preferred)
• Strong ability to work independently with good teamwork mindset
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CFD
• Familiar with FDA / cGMP / ISO 14644 standards
• Knowledge of local building codes & international standards (IBC, IMC, ASHRAE)
• Strong understanding of HVAC material selection
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to travel short-term (3–6 months)
• Pharmaceutical experience required
Notes (Must-Have):
• Pharmaceutical project experience required
• HVAC Design background (not pure site role)

• Leadership / mentoring capability
