Responsibilities
• Comprehend client needs and specifications. • Create preliminary studies to formulate budgetary proposals. • Evaluate and implement value engineering techniques during the tendering phase. • Collaborate with the tender team to establish essential criteria, ensuring alignment with client requirements and accurate project cost estimation. • Engage in discussions with clients concerning design-related aspects. • Identify, assess, and proactively manage design-related risks. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sustainable construction standards, and industry best practices in all design work. • Assume leadership of the design team when necessary. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal staff on system design.
Requirements
• Master/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years as managerial roles. • Extensive experience in design and technical skills; familiar with design software like AutoCad, Revit, etc. • Must have experience in HVAC, and Piping • Work at Height Managers Course & Construction Safety Course Certified • Experience in project management with good leadership. • Good communication and negotiation skills.
