Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance:

Install, repair, and maintain doors and gates at residential and commercial properties.

Install, repair, and maintain digital locks and security systems at residential and commercial properties.

Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and provide recommendations.

Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues with doors, gates and digital locks.

Customer Service:

Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of digital locks and security systems.

Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

General Duties:

Assist with the assembly and setup of products at customer locations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and travel logs.

Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Job Preferences, those without also welcomed to apply!:

Proven experience in installing and repairing doors, gate, digital locks or similar systems is a plus.

Basic technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Valid driving license.
