Job Description - DRAFTER

  • Drafting & Design: Develop and update detailed layouts, shop drawings, and "as-built" drawings for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. 
  • Modeling: Create 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 2D CAD layouts of ducting, piping, and equipment locations. 
  • Coordination: Resolve clashes by coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure system blueprints fit seamlessly into the building structure. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all engineering designs, materials, and drafting details adhere to industry standards and local building codes. 
  • Documentation: Assist the project team with tender documents, material estimation, and recording design changes (variation orders).
