Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities.

· Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation

· Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement

· Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors.

· Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:-

· Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate

· 1-2 years of working experience in QS or Drafting

· Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD

· Basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills Competency

· Able to start work immediately is an advantage
