About the Role

Big Image Group is a commercial signage,events and renovation company looking for an HR Executive to run day-to-day people operations across a growing team.

We're looking for a Junior CAD/Technical Drafter to produce accurate fabrication drawings that feed directly into our CNC production line — turning design concepts into buildable specs.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings for signage fabrication (dimensions, materials, mounting specs)
• Convert design concepts/client artwork into CNC-ready output files
• Liaise with fabrication team to ensure drawings match production capability
• Revise drawings based on site measurements, client feedback, or engineering constraints
• Maintain drawing version control and project documentation
• Support site surveys/measurements when needed for accurate drafting

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in CAD drafting, ideally in signage, fabrication, or construction-related industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with CNC-output software/file formats (e.g. DXF, nesting software) — training provided if exposure is limited
• Able to read technical drawings and translate site conditions into accurate specs
• Detail-oriented — errors in drawings directly affect fabrication cost and timeline
• Works well under supervision, open to feedback and correction (junior role — mentorship provided)

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of signage materials (acrylic, aluminum composite, LED modules)
• Prior exposure to construction/BCA-related drawing standards
