DRAFTER

Electrical Drafting

• Prepare detailed electrical layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, cable routing plans, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop, revise, and maintain electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update drawings based on design revisions, site mark-ups, engineers' comments, and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate CAD files, drawing registers, and project documentation.

Coordination

• Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and other disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, and civil) to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical documentation, equipment information, and drawing details.
• Support the preparation and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals, and document control.
• Monitor project progress and assist in preparing project reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Attend coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.

General

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Supervisor.
