DRAFTMAN

Job Description & Requirements

-Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings and plans

-Draft site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, road alignments, and utility plans

-Revise drawings based on engineer or client feedback

-Interpret engineering calculations, sketches, and specifications

-Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements

-Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors during project development

-Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation

-Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of technical reports when required

-Conduct site visits for measurements and verification if necessary

Requirements

-Knowledge of civil engineering drafting standards and construction methods

-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

-Familiarity with BIM and AutoCAD tools

-Basic understanding of surveying and land development concepts

-Able work work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required
