3.000 to 4.000 monthly

Bizlify Singapore Pte. Ltd. provides AI-powered Periodic Façade Inspection (PFI) services to comply with BCA requirements, utilizing drone technology. 

Our business is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for more people for our operations team to assist with façade inspections. Your primary responsibility is to work as drone pilot, but you must also be able to assist our senior façade inspectors during manual inspections which requires working at height using lifts. 

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for day-to-day drone operations for your assigned projects. Create and maintain pre- and post-flight planning routes and records. Make sure that assigned drones are always airworthy.   

• Ensure drone safety requirements are always observed and follow H&S briefing given before each flight and project.   

• Handle CAAS paperwork for activity permit applications and operator permits. Manage and perform onsite flight operations with end customers and delivery team 

• Check captured data/images before delivery to processing systems. Following company SOP 

• Assist senior façade inspectors during manual inspections which requires working at height using lifts. 

Job Requirements: 

• Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) 

• Ability to perform physical inspections for extended periods of time.  

• Work at heights qualifications (WAH/SWAH/MWAH) 

• Facade Inspection Certification, Façade Inspector or experience from or knowledge about façade systems is a strong plus. 

• Boom- or scissor lift certificate is a plus. 

• Strong observational, team collaboration and communication skills. Must have a positive, proactive attitude. 

• Experience from construction industry or with Periodic Façade Inspection work is a plus 

• Commercial flying experience preferred 

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required, so flexibility is important.
