Electrical Bim Drafter

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and other related drawings from design drafts

• Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings

• Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes

• Coordinate with project team on tender and construction drawings

• Prepare drawings independently

• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation

• Familiar with local building codes

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical & mechanical engineering or relevant

• 2 - 3 years mechanical & electrical drafting/drawing experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
