ELECTRICAL DRAFTER

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CAD / Revit Drafter to join our project team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD and Revit drawings for M&E and electrical installation works.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate drawing requirements with project managers, engineers, supervisors and site teams.
• Review consultant drawings, architectural drawings and M&E drawings.
• Update drawings according to site conditions, comments and project revisions.
• Assist with BIM coordination and identify possible clashes between services.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revision numbers and submission documents.
• Attend coordination meetings when required.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and Singapore construction standards.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM modelling and M&E coordination is preferred.
• Experience in electrical or M&E construction projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Able to work independently and complete drawings according to project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Singapore construction project experience are preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience and technical ability.
