Electrical Engineer

Position Summary
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervisingand managing electrical engineering works for construction projects. The rolesupports project execution, technical compliance, quality control and timelycompletion while ensuring adherence to Singapore regulations and workplacesafety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and manage electrical engineering works for construction projects.
2. Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and project specifications.
3. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
5. Identify and resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
6. Prepare engineering reports, schedules, progress updates and project documentation.
7. Ensure electrical installations comply with project requirements, applicable codes and workplace safety regulations.
8. Support testing, commissioning and final project handover.
9. Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations to improve project outcomes.
10. Perform other engineering and project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering,Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of construction and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across project teams.
