Electrical Engineer

Job Description: As an Electrical Engineer specializing in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.

Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines throughout all project phases.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Proactively address any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of local experience.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in both mechanical and electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
