Your Impact: Electrical Project Engineer

As our Electrical Project Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex electrical installation projects. You won't just manage tasks; you'll lead dynamic teams, optimize financial performance, and act as the key link between our clients and our site operations. Key Responsibilities

• Take Command of Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising quality standards. You are the orchestrator of on-site success.

• Drive Financial Acumen: Move beyond simple cost-tracking. Analyze project expenditures, apply value-engineering strategies to boost profit margins, prepare accurate monthly progress claims, and rigorously control budgets.

• Be the Technical Authority: Direct testing and commissioning to validate system integrity. You won’t just hand over a project—you’ll empower our clients by conducting hands-on training for the effective operation and maintenance of their new systems.

• Build Stakeholder Confidence: Be our credible, articulate representative in technical discussions with clients, M&E consultants, and contractors. Your ability to resolve issues and align objectives will be key to our collaborative success.

• Champion a Safety-First Culture: Partner with our Safety team to plan, assess, and enforce robust safety systems, ensuring every colleague returns home safely every day.

• Mentor and Guide: Provide vital technical guidance to site teams and customers on equipment selection and installation methodologies, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire project ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Educational Foundation: A qualification in Engineering (Electrical) or Building Services.

• Proven Site Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing electrical installations on local Singapore construction sites. You know the landscape.

• Project Mastery: A demonstrable track record in turnkey and A&A projects, backed by strong technical and on-site expertise.

• The LIAN HUAH Edge – Bilingual Communicator: Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin will enable you to build instant rapport and drive clarity with our diverse range of clients, consultants, and on-site trade partners.

• Digital Toolkit: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project is essential. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit will allow you to interact seamlessly with design documentation.
