Job Description - Electrician

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building electrical systems and equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults, power failures, and lighting systems.
Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and distribution boards.
Maintain and service electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and generators.
Monitor and maintain emergency lighting systems and electrical safety devices.
Attend to tenants' and building users' electrical maintenance requests.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and electrical regulations.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance and upgrading works.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inspection checklists.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
