Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems(QMS).
Establish quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, products, and processes.
Perform testing to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Train employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support supplier quality evaluations and incoming material inspections.
Verify that non-conforming products are identified, controlled, and properly dispositioned.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
