ENGINEER

Job Summary

You will lead engineering initiatives by designing and improving processes, supervising production, estimating costs and timelines, and training personnel. Apply research and international trends to implement effective solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and apply international engineering trends to enhance project outcomes
• Identify engineering problems and develop effective solutions to resolve them
• Supervise production activities to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Estimate project costs and timelines to support planning and resource allocation
• Conduct research and integrate new knowledge into engineering designs and processes
• Design processes, materials, tools, and systems to meet project requirements
• Improve existing processes, materials, and systems to optimize performance
• Implement engineering solutions and designs to achieve operational goals
• Train and mentor engineering personnel to build team capabilities and knowledge

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 year of engineering experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective issue resolution
• Effective communication and listening skills applied in team and project settings
• Experience in project management to coordinate engineering activities
• Commitment to ethical codes of practice in engineering work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (beneficial for advanced knowledge and skills)
