• Material taking off for fabrication.(MTO)
• -Preparing Dimensional Reports

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.

• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in

actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to

the client.

• Project Planning.

• Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.

• Execution of the Entire Building’s Structures and Finishes with Project

Team for smoothing the work progress.
