Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

· Oversee building systems, including water supply, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.

· Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and energy management standards

· Lead engineering and property management initiatives from construction to occupancy.

· Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for property upgrades and maintenance.

· Collaborate with stakeholders for leasing and operational planning.

· Monitor and optimize building management systems for energy savings and predictive maintenance.

· Develop and implement robust data collection strategies to monitor building performance and operational metrics.

· Generate detailed reports on operational performance, system efficiency, and project progress.

· Ensure adherence to local regulations and ISO standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Property Management, or a related field, OR a diploma with at least 20 years of experience in relevant roles.

· 8+ years of experience in property management or engineering roles, including experience with high-end properties.

· Proven expertise in water supply, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

· Familiarity with IoT devices and their application in building operations.

· Proficiency in building management software and maintenance strategies.

· Understanding of AI applications in building management for sustainability and operational efficiency.

· Strong skills in data analytics and the use of data to drive cost optimization and operational improvements.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Proficiency in CAD and other technical tools.
