Job Description - Enterprise Sales Lead

Role Overview

Enterprise Sales Lead will be responsible for driving new enterprise revenue, opening strategic accounts, and commercialising H3Zoom.ai’s current and upcoming solutions.

This is not a traditional SaaS sales role. The ideal candidate must be a hunter, market-maker, and consultative solution seller who can sell both mature products and emerging concepts. The role requires someone who can engage C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, create urgency in conservative industries, and translate AI, robotics, and inspection technology into clear business value.

The candidate will sell across SaaS, managed services, Service-as-Software, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and strategic transformation deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & New Logo Acquisition

  • Own new enterprise logo acquisition across developers, asset owners, engineering consultants, facilities management firms, infrastructure operators, and public-sector-related accounts.

  • Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline across Singapore and selected regional markets, including Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, and other priority markets.

  • Lead outbound prospecting, senior stakeholder engagement, account mapping, commercial qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Develop relationships with C-suite, asset management, facilities management, project, engineering, innovation, digital transformation, and procurement stakeholders.

  • Convert strategic opportunities into pilots, proof-of-concepts, SaaS contracts, managed service engagements, and multi-year enterprise deals.

Strategic Growth & Market Creation

  • Position H3Zoom.ai as a category leader in AI-powered inspection intelligence for the built environment.

  • Shape customer demand around inspection digitisation, AI defect detection, compliance automation, robotics-enabled capture, and portfolio-wide asset intelligence.

  • Work with customers to identify operational pain points, quantify ROI, and design scalable adoption pathways.

  • Develop strategic account plans for priority enterprise customers and expansion opportunities.

  • Support regional go-to-market development through partners, resellers, consultants, and ecosystem relationships where relevant.

Solution Selling

  • Sell H3Zoom.ai’s existing solutions, including façade inspection, interior inspection, AI defect detection, inspection reporting automation, Digital CONQUAS, and inspection management workflows.

  • Commercialise upcoming and concept-stage products such as AI Co-Pilot, Rectification Planner, Robotics-as-a-Service, AMR inspection workflows, wall-climbing robotics, BIM/digital twin integrations, and asset intelligence modules.

  • Partner closely with product, delivery, AI, engineering, and operations teams to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial propositions.

  • Develop use-case-specific pitch decks, ROI narratives, pricing proposals, and executive-level sales materials.

  • Ensure customer expectations are managed clearly, especially when selling roadmap or concept-stage solutions.

Sales Process & Commercial Discipline

  • Build and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, deal qualification, and revenue forecasting.

  • Establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion, including target account segmentation, outbound messaging, qualification criteria, pilot conversion process, and enterprise expansion playbook.

  • Work with finance and the CEO to define pricing structures, packaging, commercial terms, and deal approval processes.

  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure sold solutions are commercially viable, deliverable, and margin-accretive.

  • Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams based on customer needs, objections, buying signals, and competitive insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • The ideal candidate is a senior enterprise hunter who has sold technical SaaS, AI, industrial technology, PropTech, ConTech, robotics, digital twin, IoT, asset management, or engineering software solutions into complex B2B environments.

  • They should be comfortable selling into industries where buying cycles are consultative, stakeholders are fragmented, and customers may need education before they buy.

  • This person should have the ability to sell both what H3Zoom.ai has today and what H3Zoom.ai is building next.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of B2B enterprise sales, strategic growth, or commercial leadership experience.

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new enterprise logos.

  • Experience selling technical, operational, or workflow-driven solutions into complex enterprise accounts.

  • Strong ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.

  • Experience selling SaaS, platform solutions, AI, data, automation, robotics, IoT, PropTech, ConTech, digital twin, asset management, engineering software, or similar technical products.

  • Proven ability to create pipeline from scratch, not just manage inbound leads or existing accounts.

  • Strong commercial discipline across qualification, forecasting, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

  • Ability to sell pilots and expand them into larger commercial deployments.

  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling, proposal writing, presentation, and objection handling.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led, high-growth environment.

Highly Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into real estate, construction, infrastructure, facilities management, engineering consulting, government agencies, or asset owners.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Autodesk, Procore, Bentley, Hexagon, PlanRadar, Oracle Construction, ACC/BIM360, Aconex, or similar built-environment technology platforms.

  • Experience with regional enterprise sales across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, or broader APAC.

  • Experience commercialising emerging products, pilots, or innovation-led solutions.

  • Experience selling AI, computer vision, robotics, drone, or inspection-related solutions.

  • Understanding of compliance-driven workflows, inspection processes, asset management, quality assurance, or facilities operations.
