Environment Manager (Construction / ECO / WSHO)

• Position : Environment Manager (Construction / ECO / WSHO)
• Location : Resort World Sentosa
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure site compliance with environmental regulations, permits and codes of practice.
• Liaise with NEA, PUB and relevant authorities on inspections, approvals and submissions.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports, records and documentation.
• Implement and maintain Environmental Management System, including ISO 14001 requirements.
• Monitor and control site environmental issues such as noise, dust, air quality, vibration, waste and water pollution.
• Implement mitigation measures including silt traps, wheel washing and noise control.
• Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive sustainability practices such as waste reduction, recycling and green initiatives.
• Conduct environmental training for site staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders on environmental matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in environmental compliance for large-scale projects preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and local environmental regulations.
• Must possess valid WSHO, ECO and ECMO registration.
• Possess WSQ Manage Work At Height certification.
• Strong knowledge of pollution control, environmental monitoring and reporting.
