Job Summary

Experienced Executive Director to lead overall strategy, operations, and business growth. This role oversees all departments, drives corporate performance, ensures governance and compliance, and represents the company to key stakeholders, partners, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and organisational development
• Manage daily operations to optimise financial performance and mitigate risks
• Implement and monitor governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal controls
• Build and lead high-performing senior management teams to achieve business objectives
• Cultivate partnerships, expand market presence, and engage key stakeholders effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
• 10–15 years senior leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable business results
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational management skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities
