• Position : Executive/Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction/5 days) - Up to $6,500 - Changi
• Location : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Tender bid
• Post-Award Documents Preparation
• Carry out Quantity Take off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and sub- contractors, collate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare interim valuations pricing and Agreement of contract variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flow
• Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Attend meetings on site and with consultants
• Project budget and analyse the cash flow of the project
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Associates
