Facilities Assistant

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse

To assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the Club’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for staff, members and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the day-to-day upkeeping, functionality of facilities of the Club

• Assist with the setting up and dismantling of furniture and equipment for events, functions and meetings

• Manage and operate sound system, when required

• Perform regular checks and inspections on facilities and report any faults or hazards

• Escorting contractors or service providers for maintenance or repair works

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedure at all times

• Assist in deliveries, movement of items and perform basic inventory control

• Perform simple handyman and maintenance tasks

• Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager

We want you, if you have/are:

• Minimum PSLE

• Basic handyman and maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to perform and carry manual tasks (eg. Movement of heavy item).

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Working hours: 7am to 3pm, 2pm to 10pm
